Since 2019 The Educational Institute of Scotland has been archiving the contributions of EIS Women in the 1970s and 80s. When undertaking this work, it became apparent that much of the campaigning that took place was missing from our archives.
As such, the EIS began a series of interviews with former members to capture their experiences of teacher activism during this time. These interviews are being turned into a short film
